Country Skillet in Adams

Out of every restaurant in Adams County, country skillet has the best all you can eat chicken and fish with sides for only $11.99. Almost every single restaurant around Adams wants more money for their fish fry and they are not all you can eat. Country Skillet also stays open longer on Friday until 7pm. The service was excellent and they are very attentive to your needs. This place is a must for anyone wanting a great fish fry that is all you can eat and for a great price.

Good place to get a quick bite and I liked how the walls were neatly decorated with anything. Also, the restaurant was squeaky clean and the employees were very polite.

Just a fun place to have breakfast. Staff is always pleasant, food has that made at home taste and presentation. We make sure we stop at least once when we are in Adam's/ Freindship.

Great breakfast, haven't tried the lunch. But definitely recommend going. Host/waitress is very friendly and prices are very reasonable. They are known for there skillets obviously, but other breakfast items are great also.

Fist time here. Very good. Had the biscuits and gravy special. Respectably done.i appreciate that they had actual Tabasco Sauce. Everyone else around here seems to carry only the cheaper and far inferior Cholula which is no substitute for the genuine article.Very typical small town breakfast vibe. Ratio of men to women: Staff 1 to 3, Customers 14 to 1.

Went out for fish this friday night , never been their before . I had all you can eat fish and chicken $10.99 . My partner ordered just the fish . Batter was lit fish was good ,for both of use .coleslaw was good and everything else . alot of seating quiet place ,we will be back two thumbs up

Stopped on my way home to milwaukee.Nice place,fast and friendly. Food was good. Only issue was I had to wait for refill on my water.

We drove up from Baraboo for breakfast and we were NOT disappointed! Food was excellent and so was the service. We both had the country fried steak and eggs and OMG it was so yummy!! The homemade bread and jelly is to die for!! We will definitely be back!

We always make it here once a year when we go to the Dells area. It's always perfect. The home made bread and jams are really good!

Best place to eat

The homemade jellies and white cheddar sauce are the icing on the cake of delicious food and excellent service.

They have great tacos that are alacarte I wish they had a full meal for them and maybe offered a burrito as well. Good food all around tho

Great breakfast and good service

It took me YEARS after seeing this establishment before I was finally able to eat there (I had wanted to, but it always looked 'closed' when I pulled in). It wasn't until about a year ago a friend suggested we go to Country Skillet for breakfast that I realized that they close early during most of week (2pm) except for Friday for their fish fry.I've eaten here SOOO many times since...every meal I've had is fantastic, the prices are awesome (paid for 2 meals plus a 40% tip yesterday morning and it came to less than 30$)....The ambiance is a "home town diner", it can get cramped if their day is busy...but not so cramped that it affects food service...literally one of the BEST places I've found in Adams County, WI

Friendly, efficient waitress. Delicious homemade food. My husband and I vote Wisconsin has amazing cooks. Super tasty. Did I say we loved it?

Country skillet has always been family atmosphere , nice and good service has always been steady to me. FOOD IS ALWAYS GOOD. But most importantly they remember their regulars by name and face. Coffee is good service is always prompt and above and beyond. Country skillet has always been a good place for me to come in off the road in the morning. Unwind and think. Prices are very reasonable.

Took a road trip and saw this place so we stopped. I had breakfast for lunch and the service was good.My coffee cup never ran empty. I had the steak and eggs special with American fries. Also was talked into a cup of cream of asparagus soup that was outstanding. My breakfast came out quick and tasty.My only complaint is that I was full and didn't have room for the delicious looking apple pie in the display case. I highly recommend this little restaurant.

Delicious breakfast skillets, biscuits and gravy were equally delicious. But what stood out most of all was there homemade passion dragon fruit jelly they serve and also sell by the jar!!
